Demolition Mechanical
Using mechanical methods to carry out demolition works has always been, for obvious reasons the preferred option for our company. With the selection of plant at our disposal and experienced CPCS operators, we are able to offer an excellent service to our Clients.
Structural Alterations
When the contract requires a more delicate of touches, we are able to offer through decades of experience within our company a service of structural demolitions, i.e. forming openings and partial demolitions.
Recycling and Crushing Operations
We understand that in today’s market and social conscious of environmental protection the need for recycling procedures within each contract is imperative, to this end we have pursued and implemented a system of recycling over 85% of all debris produced by our company. To make this possible we separate all debris at source, crushing clean brick / concrete and recycling timber.
Facade Retention
Scotland is a country with a long history, and in order to ensure
this continues buildings have been preserved through a process
of façade retention. We as a company have undertaken countless projects of this nature and take great pride in maintaining
Scotland’s cultural heritage in this important way.
Heavy Shoring
Whilst carrying out the Structural Alterations and Façade Retention Works, we are able to offer a service of heavy shoring works.
This is a service not made available by all demolition companies, however we are proud to say we have some of the most experienced and competent shoring experts in the country at our disposal.
Asbestos Removal
We have held our Asbestos Removal Licence since 1999, carrying out works throughout Scotland, our Clients for these works have included those from both the public and private sectors, with the works being carried out within the guidance of asbestos removal legislation.

We have just taken delivery of a new Volvo FM-360 Hooklift vehicle. This vehicle is in addition to our existing fleet and is required to service our increasing need for the movement of waste and recycled products. 6TH OCTOBER 2008
We have just taken delivery of a new Doosan DX 300 LC excavator complete with demolition attachments all supplied by Andert Ltd. This machine will be a welcome addition to our fleet of modern excavators and has been aquired because of the need for machines in the 30 tonne weight range. |
